Spirit Ranch was founded in 2005 and began hosting leadership and team development retreats in March, 2006.  Benchmark Business Solutions and the United Way of Lubbock were the first two organizations that invested their time in team development at Spirit Ranch.
Since that time, hundreds of leaders from dozens of organizations have benefited from their days at Spirit Ranch.  United Supermarkets alone has sent over 500 of their associates through our leadership program.  The Lubbock Independent School District had all of their campus principals and administrators from central office go through Spirit Ranch team building days.

Banks, universities, sports teams, car dealers, investment brokers, insurance companies, faith-based groups, families, and many other diverse groups have participated in events at Spirit Ranch.  All go away with the same desire…the desire for MORE!

Whether it be through the high ropes course challenges, on the back of a horse, circled up sharing life experiences, fishing in the Brazos, or knocking down clays with a shotgun, people’s lives are being changed because they are meeting challenges TOGETHER.  Here are just a handful of the comments we receive from guests.
