What is the cost or rate?
First and foremost, we hope that you will look at the money you pay for your experience as an investment in the future of your people and, thus, your organization. The return on that investment is positive and immeasurable. That being said, the cost of your retreat or event will vary depending upon how we customize your retreat. Comparing to other “seminars” on a per person per day basis, you will be hard pressed to find a better value. Are alcoholic beverages allowed at Spirit Ranch?
No liquor or alcohol (beer, wine, toasting champaign, or mixed drinks) can be consumed or brought on the Spirit Ranch property.

Is overnight lodging available?
We have overnight lodging for up to 14 guests in the Canyon House for leadership and team development experiences. Accommodations are bunkhouse style so don’t expect fluffy pillows and turn down service (hey…it’s a ranch!). Cost for lodging is included in your daily Spirit Ranch experience rate.

Food and beverage will be provided for full day and overnight Spirit Ranch retreats. For all other events we will provide you with a list of approved caterers. There will be a 15% charge on all food and beverages that are catered in.

Why do you require a written agreement and deposit?
By signing the Agreement both parties are committing to one another that we will comply with all terms and conditions of the Agreement. Your deposit not only insures your reservation for your Spirit Ranch experience, but it also protects the Ranch from “no-shows”.
