The Adobe Center is surrounded by 100-year old elm trees, split rail fencing, water fountains and a wood walkway bridge crossing the Brazos river.

In the Adobe Center we offer two large, private rooms. The Rio Vista Room will seat up to 100 guests, the Peacock Room will seat up to 40 guests. Both rooms have floor to ceiling windows that overlook our Patio. Enjoy looking out and seeing calming fountain in the double mountain fork of the Brazos River as it make its way past the Patio. New and seasoned bird lovers alike enjoy the strutting peacocks, the geese and ducks. With our incredible location we have become the perfect place for business conferences, group meetings and company events as well as wedding ceremonies and receptions.

With its open beam ceilings, barn wood siding and kiva fireplaces you will be comfortable in western wear or formal attire. The Patio is one of our most booked venues for a wedding ceremony. It will seat up to 150 guests.

The Canyon House is a cozy, western-style meeting place with a private conference room, screened in porch and three private bath/shower rooms and three bunk rooms: Ocho Hombres (8 guests), Quatro Compadres (4 guests) or Dos Amigo (2 guests) for a total of 14 overnight guests.

The conference room, which seats up to 50 guests, is called Escondido (which means “hidden” in Spanish). This room has a stone fireplace, open beam ceilings, barn wood siding, along with two leather sofas and an overstuffed chair for casual conversation. The Canyon House is surrounded by 100-year old elm trees, split rail fencing, a fountain in the River, plus ample parking. Stroll around the outdoor areas of the Canyon House and you will find The Brazos Coral, where the peacocks are strutting, the geese and the ducks swimming, and the horses are grazing.

The Pavilion is the ideal place for your large gathering since it is a 40’ by 80’ building and will accommodate up to 200 guests. It is completely glass enclosed with climate controlled temperatures and a poured concrete floor. You can create your own atmosphere, adding your decorations or ours, by utilizing the blank slate of the Pavilion to suit your special event. This private room can serve as your corporate training location, sales planning session or private event. The options are unlimited and we are very flexible when it comes to accommodating your needs. A built in CD/Radio unit with speakers throughout the building, hookups for a microphone and rental equipment for any type of presentation (i.e. screens, lectern, T.V. with DVD or VCR player) the Pavilion is the perfect venue for your business meeting or presentation, awards banquet, school function, company picnic, family reunion or it can accommodate live music, DJ, or dancing. Your needs and imagination are all we need to begin your event in the Pavilion.

You can also expand west of the Pavilion into our North Meadow for any type of large outdoor event. This is a great place to have family picnics, family reunions or a company get together to play volleyball, horseshoes, softball games or you can also have live music. The possibilities are endless.
