The Canyon House The conference room, which seats up to 50 guests, is called Escondido (which means “hidden” in Spanish). This room has a stone fireplace, open beam ceilings, barn wood siding, along with two leather sofas and an overstuffed chair for casual conversation. |
The Canyon House is a cozy, western-style meeting place with a private conference room, screened in porch and three private bath/shower rooms and three bunk rooms: Ocho Hombres (8 guests), Quatro Compadres (4 guests) or Dos Amigo (2 guests) for a total of 14 overnight guests.
The Canyon House is surrounded by 100-year old elm trees, split rail fencing, a fountain in the River, plus ample parking. Stroll around the outdoor areas of the Canyon House and you will find The Brazos Coral, where the peacocks are strutting, the geese and the ducks swimming, and the horses are grazing.
